Aditi Sharma is a design thinking champion with a passion for agile, user-centered practices aimed to drive inclusivity, sustainability, and innovation. She is the Vice President of Digital Experience Design at J.P. Morgan & Chase, while also serving as a lecturer at Pratt Institute - facilitating one of the top 10 UI/UX design programs in the U.S. She was recently featured as an inspirational woman in STEM by the Authority Magazine. In her previous role at Accenture Interactive, she has led design programs for clients such as Walmart, DuPont, Cargill to name a few.
