Pat is a solution focused technical consultant who has supported the delivery of complex technical architectures from inception into BAU operational support, ensuring clear ownership and accountability is established. Using tenacious and collaborative leadership, he has experience in defining technology vision and strategy across problem domains, to digitally transform both business process and technical capability. 

In addition to this, he has successfully managed multi-disciplinary design and operational support teams and the associated budgets. He has a strong focus on risk identification, mitigation, and management to reduce negative impact and successfully achieve project objectives whilst minimising additional project costs. He has built positive working relationships with both business and technical stakeholders, thus enabling successful buy in and commitment to project delivery.
