Beginning with the end in mind is the key to mapping out a data vision. Once the vision is set, the path to that vision can be unearthed. Centralizing data reporting and data management is a solid approach to data governance. Having good data governance allows for a solid data roadmap which is the map to the data vision. - Ensuring data is delivered and being utilize
- Embedding cogent overall centralized data governance
