As former Global Network & Technology Vice President at Verizon, she led a $900M Consumer software portfolio as well as nationwide network teams, delivering consistent ROI, cybersecurity advancement, and innovation in AI/ML, agile transformations, drones, and software-defined networks. Now advising boards and executives, Abby helps organizations accelerate digital transformation and enterprise agility through proprietary frameworks developed over her career. She integrates future trends and culture-building into practical, high-impact strategies. Abby serves as Vice Chair of IEEE's Technical Committee on Communications Quality & Reliability (CQR) and Board Advisor to Toronto-based Archangel Ventures. A STEM and digital equity advocate, she has contributed to initiatives with the ITU, GSMA Caribbean, and Black Girl Rising. Abby holds engineering and tech degrees from Morgan State University and Johns Hopkins University. She lives in Dallas, Texas, with her family and enjoys track & field, travel, and books.
