Charlotte currently leads Global Product Marketing for the Generative AI team at Booking.com and is based in Amsterdam. Her team recently built and launched the AI Trip Planner, leveraging AI and LLM’s to help make it easier for customers to discover and book their next trip. Prior to Booking.com Charlotte worked across New Zealand and Australia in Marketing, Brand and Product at the Bank of New Zealand and Procter and Gamble.
