My name is Rama Mahajanam and I have been at Comcast Applied AI & Discovery for about 3 years now. I have been leading the AI4CX team here. I have had the chance to do interesting Reinforcement learning projects and driving AI/ML to improve customer experience. Prior to this, I held leadership roles in JP Morgan Chase, where I pioneered the introduction of Speech to Text technologies for Contact Center Optimization and various businesses in General Electric where I worked on improving Customer Experience using Text Analytics. In my free time, I love watching Marvel movies with my family, gardening and doing yoga.
Rama's focus is on leveraging advanced AI technologies to enhance the customer experience. In this presentation she will share:
