Chris Meehleib is an Associate Director of Responsible AI at UnitedHealth Group, where he leads enterprise initiatives focused on AI oversight, post-deployment monitoring, audit readiness, and incident response. His work centers on operationalizing Responsible AI in regulated environments and ensuring deployed systems remain accountable, transparent, and resilient over time. He brings a multidisciplinary background spanning technology, business, and law, with more than 15 years in the healthcare industry across data analytics, IT strategy, data governance, and regulatory compliance. This breadth of experience gives him a unique lens on digital risk and responsible innovation. Prior to UnitedHealth Group, Chris held enterprise leadership roles at Centene Corporation and Humana, advising executives and technical teams on data privacy, data governance, and emerging AI governance frameworks. A dedicated educator, he teaches AI governance and digital responsibility topics as a Professor of Practice in Applied Artificial Intelligence and an Adjunct Professor of Law. He also serves as a faculty member with the International Association of Privacy Professionals. He holds a Juris Doctor and an Executive MBA and is recognized by the IAPP as a Fellow of Information Privacy.
