Hayley serves as the Head of Technology Compliance at Garner Health, where she is building a state-of-the-art compliance function spanning AI governance, information security, and beyond. With 14 years of experience across technology delivery, data governance, and compliance, she brings a practical and strategic lens to advancing AI governance that positions compliance as a proactive enabler of customer trust and innovation. Prior to joining Garner, Hayley stood up the foundations of an enterprise AI governance program in the financial services sector, implementing a risk-based approach that increased organizational comfort with AI adoption. She was drawn to health tech by a core belief that when AI is applied correctly, it can have a profoundly positive impact on millions of people, but the inverse is equally true when governance isn't established thoughtfully.
