A globally-recognized leader in human rights and enablement in the disability community, she serves as a Boardmember of The Center for Independent Living in Berkeley and the Board Vice Chairman of the Victor Pineda Foundation. Megan leverages community and AI literacy initiatives to help leaders navigate the future with human-centered narratives and universal design at the core. With over 16 years of emerging tech experience across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, her previous work includes serving as the lead author of Visa Inc.'s first-ever AI Governance Framework in 2025, consulting on the drafting of the UN Global Digital Compact launched at the UN's Summit of the Future in 2024, designing community-building initiatives with Disney, and supporting enablement AI literacy efforts at UC Berkeley’s College of Environmental Design.
