With 20 years of global leadership experience, I specialize in transforming ambitious visions into tangible results at the intersection of business, technology and data. As Vice President of AI Transformation within Santander's Global Data & AI function, I lead AI adoption at scale, enable new ways of working and unlock real value across the organization. Recognized as an SW50 Spain Top 50 Female Leader and member of the EWiT Diamond Club Europe, I'm passionate about mentoring and promoting emerging talent. Through initiatives like Technovation Girls, I support young girls in developing STEM skills and building technology solutions to real-world challenges. In the 2025 edition of the program, my team developed an app for children with dyslexia and placed third out of 220 teams. As a dedicated athlete, I bring discipline, teamwork, and a growth mindset to everything I do – values I actively foster in my teams. I establish a culture of innovation that encourages bold decision-making, and embraces failure as a catalyst for progress.
