No matter the many benefits, early research has shown that GenAI is having an impact on critical thinking amongst knowledge workers. Now that we are heading towards an agentic era, what impact will the increased use of AI  have on cognitive habits and how quality can continue to be guaranteed despite Gen AI being a key part of all content and data creation. If humans will be training agents, will critical thinking be lost even further? How do we need to rethink trust in AI, and how does work need to be re-engineered to maintain critical thinking? 

Let's take to the drawing board and explore how service design can be the key to unlocking successful agentic implementations. This involves distinguishing between traditional and autonomous agents. We'll also look at splitting up tasks that can be automated. Furthermore, we'll utilise design principles to determine how many agents are required to complete a task. This session is all about creating a realistic vision that can simplify future implementations.
