Tessa Tysome is a Global Brand Marketing and Growth Leader with over 15 years' experience shaping some of the world's most influential brands, including Meta, Nike, PepsiCo, L'Oréal and Diageo. Her career spans continents and categories - from launching Smirnoff Ice in Cameroon to building an African American haircare business from scratch on Amazon in the US. She has worked across startups and FTSE 100 companies, leading brand positioning and repositioning, revitalising heritage brands, launching disruptive campaigns and accelerating eCommerce growth across Europe, the US, Africa and Asia. Today, Tessa works as a marketing consultant and strategic advisor, partnering with brands and business' including ASOS, Nudge and Here We Flo to build culturally resonant brands that drive measurable growth. Outside of her advisory work, she teaches yoga for corporates and reformer Pilates at Soho House.
