Ajwad is an experienced AI professional specialising in the financial services domain, where he has led technically on delivery and supporting products and services across Conversational AI, DocAI and Agentic AI. He is currently the Head of AI Engineering for AXA UK, leading on enterprise wide solutions and has previously served in Senior Architect and Prinipal Engineer roles for Lloyds and NatWest. Ajwad puts a strong emphasis on human-centred AI (HCAI) when building AI applications.
