Over 5 years at YouTube, she led a range of strategic initiatives covering regulation, responsible technology, growth investments and product strategy. Additionally during her time at Google, Alice was a member of Google’s AI Ethics fellowship, and conducted red team testing for in-development GenAI products (e.g., Bard, Gemini). Prior to this Alice spent several years in Strategy Consulting with L.E.K. Consulting. Outside of work, Alice continues to attempt to grow vegetables in her small London garden!
