He is head of Responsible AI and Data Admiral Group where he has designed and established processes to ensure the fairness and transparency of Artificial Intelligence. Collaborated with industry bodies to advise on best practice for responsible AI. Advised on the ethics surrounding numerous data and AI projects. Line managed data ethics and responsible AI team who provide independent review of models, AI and data practices. Established and manages second line data quality assurance. Winner of Admiral's Data Community Data Leader award 2023. Highly Commended Data IQ Awards 2025 Best Responsible AI Programme
