David Fearne is the leading Global Research to Application for AI at NTT Data Globally, responsible for ensuring the company delivers the most innovative AI solutions to its clients. He joined NTT Data from Cognizant, where he served as Global Head of Generative AI.

An accomplished AI leader, David has received multiple industry awards, including Solution of the Year at the 2024 AI Summit London for the design and delivery of an agentic, population-scale medical triaging platform in the UAE. Beyond industry impact, David has advised governments on AI policy and strategy, supporting the UK Cabinet Office and, over the past three years, the UAE, Singapore, and the European Parliament on agentic AI adoption. He is also a researcher focusing on human–AI adoption, with a particular focus on how organisations can balance evolving human and artificial workforces ensuring they integrate AI responsibly and effectively at scale.
