Jennifer is currently the Technology Ethicist at Digital Catapult. In this role, she supports startups, government, businesses and investors with expertise in practically fostering ethical AI practices from development to deployment. Leveraging her background in policy and a keen eye for design, her passion lies in data feminism, ethical design principles, and platform governance. Prior to her tenure at Digital Catapult, Jennifer served as a Science and Technology Research Assistant at the RAND Corporation, demonstrating her commitment to rigorous research and analysis. She actively collaborates on The Good Robot podcast, fostering critical discourse on the ethical implications of AI. This is all steeped in her academic experience with a Masters in AI Ethics and Society from the University of Cambridge. This unique blend of academic rigor, professional experience, and advocacy positions makes Jennifer a key influencer in the responsible AI landscape.
