Before joining Kimberly-Clark, Edwards held various roles at Unilever and Allianz Insurance, focusing on consumer and market insights, innovation, and proposition development. His career also includes unique experiences in the startup ecosystem, where he served as a program manager at a startup accelerator and later worked at the SaaS startup Unily, in the UK.
