Julia Peyre

Head of AI Strategy and Innovation Schneider Electric

Julia Peyre leads AI Strategy and Innovation at Schneider Electric, working closely with business units and global functions including Corporate Strategy, Governance, and Innovation at the Edge. Her mission is to drive AI innovation across the company’s strategic priorities and ensure the adoption and scaling of advanced AI solutions within Schneider Electric’s products and services. Since joining the company in 2022, Julia co-founded Schneider’s computer vision community and has played a key role in evaluating strategic startup partnerships as part of the Generative AI Task Force. Prior to Schneider Electric, she led the development of AI-based fraud detection products at Tractable, served international clients on AI projects, and published multiple patents in the field. Julia began her career in AI with a PhD in computer vision at INRIA. She holds a degree in applied mathematics from École Polytechnique and a master’s in machine learning from École Normale Supérieure de Cachan.
