Sherene is a Regional Ethics & Compliance leader with close to 20 years of unique commercial and compliance experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, and Healthcare. Her career seamlessly blends commercial acumen with deep compliance expertise.

Sherene possesses extensive experience across diverse geographies, including challenging emerging markets like Indochina and Ukraine. Her years of active involvement in local pharmaceutical industry associations demonstrate her commitment to shaping and directing industry codes. She has also been a key contributor to Regional Risk & Compliance Committees within the organizations she has served.

Currently, Sherene leads a team of 20 Country Compliance Officers across Asia Pacific. She is also a proud member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE).
