Sr. Vice President - Security Compliance LazadaSuman Sourav is the Group Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) at Lazada, with 19 years of experience across digital commerce, financial services, and technology. He leads global initiatives in security compliance, risk management, and AI governance. Suman has built enterprise-wide frameworks aligned with the EU AI Act, ISO 27001/27701, and ISO 42001. He holds a Post Graduate Certificate in AI for Leaders from UT Austin and is an IAPP Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP). His current focus is on advancing responsible AI and scalable, cross-border compliance strategies.
