Margi Sheth is Head of AI Governance and Enablement at Novo Nordisk, where she leads AI governance across enterprise platforms and tools. Her work translates regulations, data protection, and bioethics into AI tooling for healthcare. She established the pharmaceutical industry's first data and AI ethics framework in 2020. She has since worked to embed AI governance into the strategic fabric of life sciences organisations. Margi contributes to European and UK AI standards and policy on behalf of industry.
