He has delivered technology strategy for global enterprises, led large-scale multi-tenant system design, built platforms for world-leading brands, and led globally-distributed architecture teams and functions. He brings deep technical expertise, strong governance, and decisive, pragmatic leadership to drive digital transformation, innovation, and growth for enterprises. He works closely with senior stakeholders of all domains to ensure formation, alignment, and successful execution of technology strategy. Nick specialises in secure and effective enterprise AI adoption at scale including AI governance, safety and security, AI platform design, AI solution realisation (incl. Agentic Commerce), process automation, organisational enablement, and continuous R&D and innovation.
