Camilla Björkqvist is a seasoned data transformation leader with over two decades of experience in the field. With a strong track record, she has orchestrated data-driven transformations in global organizations, leaving a profound impact. Previously serving as the Global Director for Data & Analytics Transformation at Danone, Camilla led the charge in transforming the company into a data-centric organization. Her journey includes pivotal roles such as Head of Transformation for the CDO office at ING Bank, where she pioneered combining innovation and structure; and as ING Global HR CDO, where she championed the integration of data-driven strategies around employee data. She started her career at Deloitte where she spent 14 years on different locations around the globe, serving clients in different capacities. Currently, she is at the helm of Johnson & Johnson MedTech's EMEA region, driving a dynamic data-driven transformation strategy within the healthcare organization. She lives outside of Haarlem in the Netherlands with her husband and 3 children and loves the energy that CrossFit gives her.
