Ana Cavez is the VP of Sales at Wand AI, where she leads go-to-market for the company's operating system for the agentic workforce: the infrastructure organisations use to build, govern and scale AI agents alongside their human teams. Much of her work concerns where accountability sits when an agent acts on a business's behalf, and what effective governance of a digital workforce looks like in practice. Ana also serves as Non-Executive Director at Leadership Learning Securing Excellence, a non-for-profit working to ensure that every child and young person can flourish in schools; a Board Member of the IMB at HMP Isis, where she provides independent scrutiny of custodial operations, ensuring transparency, fairness and accountability in a high-risk public service environment; and is also an active advisor to UK based technology start-ups.
