With an MSc in Applied Posi3ve Psychology, specialist qualifications in Neuroscience for Business, and over 15 years of corporate experience, Charlotte is a leading organisational and leadership development consultant and founder of Step Inside Group. Recently recognised as one of the top 10 most influential voices in her field, and an ac3ve member of the Interna3onal Posi3ve Psychology Association, Charlotte is also the creator of the Step Inside approach, an evidence-based approach to crea3ng workplaces where everyone can think, feel and perform at their best.
