David Rivkin, PhD is Senior Director of AI/ML in the Responsible AI Center of Excellence at UnitedHealth Group and Scholar in Residence at the Coalition for Health AI (CHAI.org) where he works on test automation of AI and Compliance Testing (Legal Red Teaming). David has over 30 years of experience developing AI for Physical and Life Sciences, as well as business and finance fields, in Silicon Valley. David has held a number of faculty and department leadership positions in the past with major universities like Johns Hopkins and was an IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society Distinguished Lecturer where he lecturer at Imperial College London, Stanford University and University of Ottawa just to name a few. David was also Principal Advisor with the US National Science Foundation, as well as being a Fulbright Specialist with the US Department of State. David has also worked in Private Equity and Venture Capital as a technical leader and has founded a series of startups in the AI field.
