Scams Prevention Framework Summit - 2026 Sponsorship Event Guide

Australia's Scams Prevention Framework is now law. Code obligations become enforceable on 31 March 2027, with civil penalties of up to $50 million per contravention and a private right of action. That is not a distant compliance date. It is a countdown. No designated entity has been tested against these codes yet. Every bank, telco and digital platform is building its program right now, against an undefined "reasonable steps" standard, under three regulators watching at once.

Whoever gets this wrong pays for it publicly, financially and legally. The Scams Prevention Framework Summit is where that program gets built properly. One day, the leaders who own this obligation, and the answers to what compliant actually looks like before a court or regulator decides for you. Missing this is not a scheduling issue. It is a risk decision.
