Ellen Vines

Ellen Vines is the Director of Tools and Technology for ADP’s Employer Services Sales Learning and Leadership group and is based in Atlanta, Georgia. She has a Master’s degree in Adult Education and Distance Learning and has implemented and managed ADP’s Sales Learning Environment and Technology for the last 18 years including rolling out their first virtual university that included blended learning and streaming video in 2004. Ellen started with ADP in 1991 and has been a learning professional since 2001 supporting 10 Business Units and over 9,000 sales associates. Her roles have included Sales Training Consultant and Knowledge Manager prior to becoming the department’s Technology Director. She is passionate about leveraging learning to drive sales associates’ productivity and success at ADP. She strives to find new technologies and processes to integrate into the sales learning ecosystem that streamline and innovate Sales Operations and continue to build ADP’s reputation as a top-notch learning organization.
