Ashley van Heteren is a Partner with McKinsey QuantumBlack (AI by McKinsey), and leads the Life Sciences Practice in the Benelux. Ashley has led multiple AI transformations globally, primarily with life sciences companies, including recent innovations in gen AI to automate marketing and medical content operations. She is co-founder of McKinsey’s Noble Intelligence initiative, using AI (and gen AI) to improve society, particularly by addressing the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.
