Kerry is the Responsible AI and Governance Lead for Sony PlayStation. Prior to this, she was a lead on Google's Responsible AI team, helping operationalize Google's AI Principles to support the development of fair and ethical AI products for individuals and society. She also led Google's first fairness and safety testing (red teaming) team, building processes to systematically evaluate emerging technologies for sociological and socioeconomic bias before reaching users. Kerry has also held leadership roles at Twitter, IAC, ASKfm, and Indiegogo, driving early policy, compliance, and trust and safety efforts across major platforms. Kerry is the San Francisco Bay Area and Tech Ecosystem Chapter Lead for Women in AI Governance, and a long-term mentor of women in tech.
