She has played a key role in creating and delivering training that has reached over 1,000 employees, helping to embed responsible AI practices at scale. With over 15 years at Zurich in various roles, Danielle draws on her broad business knowledge to engage stakeholders who are exploring how to use AI responsibly. She approaches her work with a continuous improvement mindset—focusing on understanding the current state, defining the desired outcomes, and identifying the right tools and approaches to bridge the gap.
