Shoshana Rosenberg is Senior Vice President, Chief AI Governance and Privacy Officer, and Deputy General Counsel for Digital, AI, IP, and Privacy at WSP USA. She is the creator of the PRISM™ AI governance framework, designed to support practical implementation by cross-functional teams. A former U.S. Navy officer and current advisor to the Institute for Operational Privacy Design, Shoshana has spent nearly two decades working at the intersection of legal risk, policy, data protection, and emerging technology. Her forthcoming book, Practical AI Governance, will be published by Kogan Page in 2026. She is the co-founder of Women in AI Governance (WiAIG), and serves as Strategic Programs Advisor to Logical AI Governance. Shoshana is also the founder of SafePorter, a certified B Corp and privacy-enhancing technology company recognized with the PICCASO EU Privacy Award.
