Dr. Juan Carlos Medina Serrano is a staff data scientist at Google. He previously led the marketing science team at Bolt and the growth data science team for Nubank, Mexico. He holds a PhD in computer science from the Technical University of Munich. His passion lies in understanding human behavior and working with algorithms that provide insights to industries about their customers. His focus in the past years has been in understanding the impact of generative AI on marketing.
