Femke Lampe-Braun is General Manager of KMTP/Groei & Bloei, the Netherlands’ largest gardening association. She brings 20+ years of B2C and B2B marketing and innovation experience at Unilever and Philips, where she led cross-functional teams and drove customer-centric transformation. With a strong focus on customer experience and journey management as levers for sustainable value, she is a purpose-driven leader passionate about developing people. Femke holds a degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and co-authored the gardening book Groentje?!. At Groei & Bloei, she focuses on innovation and community engagement.
