WORKSHOPS - INTRODUCTION TO AGENTIC SECURITY & AUTONOMOUS THREATS

1:00 pm - 2:00 pm NETWORKING LUNCH

WORKSHOPS - INTRODUCTION TO AGENTIC SECURITY & AUTONOMOUS THREATS

2:00 pm - 3:30 pm THE BEGINNER’S GUIDE TO AGENTIC AI SECURITY: IDENTIFYING RISKS AND ACKNOWLEDGING THE IMPORTANCE OF GOVERNANCE

This is the ultimate introduction to Agentic AI and the risks that come with it. Aimed at late adopters that are just getting started on their Agentic AI journeys, this workshop will offer an overview of the do's and the don'ts as enterprises continue to evolve and embrace new use cases.

• Gain insights on what's at stake and why and how agentic AI needs to be controlled, governed and managed by humans

• Autonomous decision-making versus human in the loop – where are the limits and where do you require additional guardrails?

• Learn about real scenarios or prompt injections gone wrong, agentic hallucinations, agents tampering with their own shutdown mechanisms, and why Anthropic postponed Mythos.

WORKSHOPS - INTRODUCTION TO AGENTIC SECURITY & AUTONOMOUS THREATS

4:00 pm - 6:30 pm MINI WORKSHOP: AI INCIDENT RESPONSE - KILL SWITCHES, CRISIS PLAYBOOKS & AI NATIVE IR

Do you know what to do when an agent misbehaves, a model leaks data, or an AI system goes off policy? Tune in for this practical introduction to AI native incident response that shows you how to recognise, contain and recover when things go wrong.

• Learning when to activate an AI kill switch and how to build reliable shutdown controls

• Understand the essential steps for responding to agent drift, policy breaches and unexpected behavior

• Explore simple techniques for isolating, limiting and stabilizing AI systems during an incident

WORKSHOPS - INTRODUCTION TO AGENTIC SECURITY & AUTONOMOUS THREATS

4:30 pm - 5:30 pm DESIGNING SAFE AGENTIC AI: GUARDRAILS, NO GO ZONES & YOUR 12 MONTH ROADMAP

This session explores how to design effective guardrails and no go zones, optimise agent observability and agent ops, and build a practical 12 month roadmap for safe, scalable deployment. You'll leave with concrete next step commitments: what to pilot, what not to automate yet, and which governance and security capabilities to stand up first.

• Designing guardrails and no go zones - How to define safe operating boundaries for agents, restrict high risk actions, and prevent unintended autonomy.

• Optimising agent observability and agent ops - Building monitoring, logging, evaluation loops, and human in the loop controls that keep agent behaviour transparent and correctable.

• Building your 12 month roadmap - What to pilot first, what not to automate yet, and which governance, security, and oversight capabilities to prioritise for safe scale

WOMEN IN AI

2:00 pm - 2:45 pm PANEL DISCUSSION: CAREER SEASONS & SELF-ADVOCACY IN AI - BUILDING INFLUENCE, BREAKING BARRIERS & LEADING AT EVERY STAGE
Kezia Opie - Vice President, Technology Vendor Management, JPMorganChase
Alice Kim - Senior Agentic AI Data Scientist, Equifax
Nadia Wood - Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Mayo Clinic

As AI continues to reshape industries, women still face uneven access to visibility, sponsorship, and leadership pathways. These challenges evolve across career stages, from establishing credibility early on to breaking through senior leadership barriers. This session explores how self-advocacy and strategic career navigation work together to accelerate progression. Participants will learn how to strengthen their presence, make bold career decisions, and build long-term influence in AI.

• Build visibility and credibility by strengthening how you communicate and advocate for your work in AI environments

• Increase influence by developing strong networks and securing sponsorship that supports your progression

• Navigate career stages by recognising when to pivot, specialise, or step into leadership roles

• Overcome systemic barriers by adapting strategies as challenges shift across your career journey

WOMEN IN AI

4:00 pm - 4:45 pm PANEL DISCUSSION: BUILDING A SUPPORT SYSTEM THAT DRIVES YOUR CAREER IN AI - MENTORS, SPONSORS & CHEERLEADERS

In AI careers, talent alone is not enough, progression is shaped by who actively advocates for you when decisions are made. Yet many women rely on passive networks rather than intentionally built ecosystems of mentors, sponsors, and allies. This panel explores how to move beyond advice-giving relationships and build a network that opens doors, amplifies your impact, and supports key career transitions in AI. It focuses on turning relationships into real career momentum.

• Distinguish real advocates from passive contacts by identifying who influences opportunities versus who simply offers advice

• Turn visibility into sponsorship by making your impact clear and memorable to senior decision-makers

• Build strategic relationships by connecting with people who can actively shape your career trajectory in AI

WOMEN IN AI

4:45 pm - 5:30 pm HOW TO FIND & USE MENTORS: QUICK- MATCH INTERACTIVE LAB

In this interactive session, you will be split into mentors and mentees (you choose). This session will start with an overview covering the role of a mentor and how you can make the most out of the right mentor. You will then have the opportunity to match with 3 potential mentors/ mentees, to help you to build trust-based relationships that drive long-term professional growth and visibility.

• Identify the right mentor by aligning career goals and expertise

• Accelerate development by setting clear, measurable mentoring objectives

• Strengthen relationships by building mutual trust and accountability

• Maximise results by transforming mentorship insights into tangible action
