Felix Abu is the Director of Corporate & Advisory Compliance at Robinhood, where he leads teams spanning surveillance, advisory, and governance functions, including the firm’s Compliance AI program. In this role, he ensures AI is implemented responsibly and in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, advancing governance frameworks that set the tone for responsible adoption of AI across the company.

Previously, Felix served as CEO and Chief Compliance Officer of Global Frontera Markets Inc., a U.S. broker-dealer, managing U.S. operations for an international frontier-market debt firm. He also held compliance roles at CLS Bank in IT Security and Corporate Compliance and began his career at PwC performing compliance audits. His experience covers building and managing compliance frameworks, strengthening risk controls, and guiding regulatory oversight, reflecting a deep regulatory foundation paired with a forward-looking approach to responsible AI in financial services.
