Under his leadership, the team is building adaptable agent technologies, advancing diverse use cases, and delivering early production workflows with strong accuracy, helping AT&T Business scale agentic AI responsibly while enhancing transparency, accountability, and support for network transformation.

With more than 20 years of experience as a software engineer, architect, and technology executive, Mitch leads strategic automation and tooling initiatives spanning forecasting, planning, design, engineering, and construction to simplify complex operations and drive sustained business growth. He is equally committed to community and youth development, serving as a wrestling coach and volunteering with Junior Achievement in Atlanta, where he lives with his wife and two children.
