Zihao Wang builds production multi-agent systems at Equifax, where he designs LangGraph-based supervisor–specialist–auditor architectures that bring agentic AI into a heavily regulated enterprise. His work centers on a conviction directly relevant to this panel: trust in autonomous systems isn't messaged into existence, it's engineered — through provenance, auditability, and human-reviewable decision trails that let organizations scale agentic execution without surrendering control or accountability.

Across earlier roles, Zihao specialized in training and fine-tuning domain-specific vertical models, building systems tuned to the language and constraints of particular industries rather than relying on general-purpose models off the shelf. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Emory University and a Master's in Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, and brings a practitioner's perspective on why agentic AI stalls between pilot and production — and the design and governance choices that get it unstuck.
