This meeting was both invigorating and energizing! Connecting with leaders throughout the country and world, who share the same vision and passion for customer experience generated more motivation to continue this great work within my organization. The balance between breakout sessions and 1:1 meetings with the vendors was well done.

This was an excellence event as it was intimate and provided a comfortable space to share with colleagues from around the country.  It was really unique in its ability for collaboration. Definitely worth the time!

Inspirational conference focused on improving the customer experience in healthcare.

I found the  Healthcare Exchange to be a thoughtful, intimate, network promoting, energetic and rewarding event! It was a refreshing reminder that we are not alone or unique in many of the challenges we face in improving healthcare for our teams, patients and communities!   I’m grateful for the connections and friendships made and looking forward to the continued collaboration.

Great forum to learn about innovative solutions, see success stories and teams that have applied solutions to their organizations, and meet the people behind the solutions.

This was one of the most organized and well run meetings with fantastic topics and a great group of attendees.  Definitely enjoyed learning from everyone!   well done!

I thought the agenda and flow, were very well done and the level of dynamic conversation was impressive.  Panels were excellent and topics were timely.
