With over 20 years of experience in data and analytics, Bindu has recently joined Legal & General as Head of Data and Analytics for the L&G Capital division. Here she has accountability for defining the data strategy, transforming the way in which data is used to drive efficiency, innovation and create value. Prior to joining Legal & General, Bindu held multiple roles across NatWest and Barclaycard, including successfully creating and growing new data teams, leveraging data to deliver impactful insights informing decision making, data warehousing, leading large transformation projects where data was at the heart of decision making and shaping data strategy. Bindu is well known for her execution style, taking business areas on a journey and turning complex data into actionable insights.
