Damien’s current role is Head of Business Commercial Excellence with a remit for Data, Analytics, AI and CRM across Ulster Banks Non Personal division.  He has been passionate about data in a career spanning over 18 years, delivering new insights and latest technologies to large organisations. This relentless drive to initiate and drive strategic customer focused digital transformation are helping put Ulster Bank in front of their competition. Damien led the team that delivered the worlds first AI recommendation engine in Financial Services using Heroku and Salesforce in 2017.  He is a regular speaker analytics and AI discussions throughout UK and Ireland and Dreamforce in San Francisco.  Some current areas of focus for Damien are digital on-boarding,  EBA guidelines, expanding AI to deliver further customer benefits across his bank.
