I have worked for 23 years within the financial services arm of Ford Motor Company following my graduation from a European Finance and Accounting degree at Leeds university. I qualified as an Accountant, and worked my way up through the various departments of Finance, including Treasury, Accounting, Regulatory Reporting and Financial Planning and Analysis. I performed various senior roles with finance, including European Financial Controller, Head of Regulatory Reporting and Head of Accounting for Europe. I am a Business person who has become abit of data crusader in the last 12-18 months and was recently appointed as the Global Data Strategy lead following the development and acceptance by the board of my proposed roadmap to self-service model using data and technology with efficient and value-adding governance.
