Indhira Mani is a seasoned data leader with a career dedicated to embedding data at the core of organisational strategy and unlocking its full potential. As Chief Data Officer at RSA Insurance, she leads the company’s data and AI strategy, governance, and innovation agenda, driving value creation across the business. Her remit includes transforming RSA into a data-driven enterprise by enabling actionable insights, enhancing operational efficiency, and empowering decision-making through advanced analytics and AI technologies.

Prior to joining RSA, Indhira held pivotal roles at leading organisations, including Barclays, Anglo American, and Danske Bank. At Danske Bank, she shaped a transformative roadmap featuring 25 signature initiatives aligned with the Chief Data Office’s strategic goals. At Anglo American, she turned the concept of a “data fabric” into a tangible reality, implementing tools for data cataloguing, lineage, quality, and privacy on Microsoft Azure—supporting over 2,000 data assets across nine digital product lines.

Her strategic vision and execution have consistently delivered measurable impact, including the development of a comprehensive five-year data strategy aligned with business objectives.
