Sara leads Data & AI at Beauty Pie, where she has built a central data capability from the ground up since joining in 2024. Her remit spans Data & Analytics Engineering, Experimentation, Advanced Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Agentic AI, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes in value to the customer and the business.

Prior to Beauty Pie, Sara led high-performing data teams across telco and fintech. She is a firm advocate for aligning AI initiatives to business strategy, prioritising high-impact, stakeholder-driven use cases, and designing data organisations that scale.

Sara is also a champion for increasing visibility and diversity in data teams and is passionate about learning through mentoring. She lives outside of London with her husband and two English Bulldogs.
