As the Head of Analytics at Ocado Logistics, Will and his teams partner with operational & planning teams to drive a consistently high level of customer experience and efficiency through the use of data. His teams build solutions that seek to reduce friction in processes, build confidence in performance, and ultimately deliver value for key decision makers.

Prior to his time at Ocado, Will was the Head of Analytics for a large FMCG company, modernising their approach to data & analytics, as well as spending nearly a decade in Operational Improvement & Data consulting with two large management consultancies, supporting clients in the Retail, Consumer Goods and Healthcare sectors.
Having entered data & analytics from a functional/consulting role - Will is a big believer in the non-technical skills that make an analytics team successful - building business context, managing requirements and focusing on bridging the decision gap for end-users.
