Helen has over 20 years' experience in financial services across public and private sectors. Helen previously led digital transformation at the Bank of England. Helen was previously the Europe Chair of SupTech/RegTech for Bank for International Settlements. Helen was also a Formal Evaluator for Banco De Espana data strategy. Helen is currently leading the Data Roadmap 2024, the Data Front Door, Consumer Duty data work programme and extensive external collaboration with international central banks and regulators. Helen has a Masters in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and is underway with a PhD in AI and regulation.
