Her career has evolved from hands-on roles in management information systems, data analysis and business solutions to senior leadership positions spanning financial reporting, IT and enterprise data management. As CDO, Majlindë leads data governance, data quality, reporting and advanced analytics initiatives, with a strong focus on building trusted data foundations that enable better business decisions and responsible innovation. Her combination of technical depth and executive experience gives her a practical perspective on bridging data strategy with real-world implementation. Alongside her banking role, Majlindë is an SQL & Data Integration Lecturer and serves on the Board of Advisors of the EU-Western Balkan Business Council. She is passionate about transforming data into business value and preparing organisations for an AI-driven future.
