With a background in Telecommunications Engineering, Paolo has focused on distributed technologies and large-scale software architectures for over a decade. Since 2019, he has worked on the practical adoption of Data Mesh across major enterprises, guiding both the organizational transitions and the technical foundations required for sustainable decentralization. This hands-on experience led Paolo to co-found Witboost, where he is the CTO. Under his technical leadership, the platform has become a key enabler for Data Product Management and computational governance, helping global organizations manage and scale their data ecosystems effectively. Today, he remains committed to advancing Data Product practices, helping teams transform complex data architectures into manageable, high-quality assets through automation and modern governance
