Gabby is the Head of Data & Analytics at Black Sheep Coffee, where she founded and scaled the analytics function to support a rapidly growing, multi-national retail estate. Her work covers retail reporting, pricing, promotions, loyalty, and product innovation, with a focus on data quality, governance, and scalable foundations. Gabby’s team works across Operations, Commercial, and Product, supporting projects with actionable analytics throughout the business. At leadership level, Black Sheep operates with a strong, founder-led data-driven mindset, and she partners with the executive team to ensure analytics directly informs strategic decisions and investment.
